Take a break from city life and come relax in our recently-renovated 19th century guest apartment!

Located just 45 minutes from Saratoga Springs, Albany, and Manchester, VT, our guest apartment is the perfect location to lose the distractions of the city while still being close to great shopping, restaurants, and the Saratoga Race Course.

The apartment is part of a newly-restored 19th century barn here at the farm. It has one bedroom (75 sq. ft.), a combined kitchen and sitting area (275 sq. ft.), and bathroom. The space sleeps four comfortably (cozy one bedroom with queen and a new pullout couch with queen mattress in sitting area). The kitchen is fully-equipped with local slate counter tops, Viking six-burner gas range, a separate Viking oven, two sinks, and dishwasher. Bathroom is local slate with a large open shower. There is also access to an outdoor top deck and lower deck, and access to a washer and dryer. For an additional fee per night, breakfast can be cooked and delivered at 8 a.m., with Flying Pigs Farm fresh eggs, ham, bacon, or sausage, blueberry pancakes, and local maple syrup.
