Availability of cuts
We regret that at times certain cuts are not available. These old-fashioned breeds of pigs are quite rare. And they're not made of just tenderloin and chops. If we are out of the cut you wish to purchase, we will suggest an alternative. Or you can choose to be on our waiting list and have your order filled when the cuts you desire become available.

Package Size
We're not producing pork the way fast food restaurants make hamburgers. Every pig and thus every package of pork varies in size. Please order by the package, using the "Average Package Weight" and "Average Package Price" as a guide. Some packages will weigh more than average and some will weigh less. When we pack your box, we will calculate the actual weight and charge you by the pound.
