Ways to prep & cook

Merguez in a style of sausage from North Africa. Traditionally made with lamb but we make it with pork so its better. The harissa makes it a little spicy. Great on a bun, pita, or with rice. Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Cumin, Ground Corriander, Smoky Paprika, and Harissa (Hot Peppers, Sweet Peppers, Garlic, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt) in Sheep Casings.
