Unexpected Absences
On occasion, we must skip a market because of extreme weather, a farm emergency, or a very special family occasion. Don’t hesitate to call us at (518) 854-3844 before 8 p.m. on Friday night to confirm our Saturday attendance in New York City.

Special Items for our Regular Farmers' Market Customers
In occasion, we have unusual items available, such as rendered leaf lard or hens for making soup stock.  These items are limited.  We like to let our regular customers know in advance because we sell out quickly.  If you want an email message so that we can give you a heads-up, please email us and ask to be added to the Special Alert list.

Special Requests
If you need a particular cut on Saturday, call us at (518) 854-3844 by Thursday night, leaving your name, cell phone number, and the name of the market you attend.  If we have the item, we will load it onto the truck for the trip to the city. You can pick it up at Union Square or Grand Army Plaza.
